New Zealand Shipping
We can ship to urban and rural addresses within New Zealand. Our charge is a flat rate of $9.00 per order for urban addresses, and $12.50 for rural addresses. Urban delivery times are estimated between 2-5 business days, rural may take an additional 24 hours.
Please ensure that the delivery address and receiver name for your order is accurate. We are unable to adjust incorrect delivery information after a courier ticket has been generated and your order is considered fulfilled. We will not take responsibility for any orders that go missing due to incorrect information provided.
We will aim to deliver your goods within the stated delivery times, but due to factors that may arise within third-party delivery providers, to the maximum extent permitted by law we will not be held liable for late deliveries.
Delivery to rural addresses may take longer in some areas.
Delivery is considered finalised when the goods arrive at the delivery address provided by you. We accept no liability for loss or theft to goods after they have been deemed delivered.
International Shipping
For International destinations, please send me a message and I will calculate manually for you prior to purchase.
Returns
30 Days to Return
We hope you love the product provided by us, but we do have a returns policy in the unlikely event the product purchased from us is proven to be damaged or faulty. We do not offer exchanges for change of mind.
If you need to raise a claim, please get in contact via our webform or email talltuinz@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase.
Once the product is proven to be damaged or faulty, we can send a replacement product or reimburse the item from your order.
Delivery charges on your order are non-refundable.
Please follow our Step-By-Step Guide below for returns:
Get in touch - Please provide your name, email, order number, product batch number and expiry date, and the reason you believe the product to be faulty.
Take a photo - If your item arrived damaged, or something is faulty with the product, please send photos in your email to us. Be sure to provide a clear image of the damage or fault, and the batch number and expiry date on the product.
Confirmation - Once we review and approve the claim, we will contact you about your preference to remedy.
Return the product - In some cases we may request the return of the original faulty product for further inspection. In this case Tall Tui Ltd will cover your return costs. Your replacement product may await release until the faulty product is returned.
Return Costs
To return a package to us you will need to purchase a courier label or parcel. Tall Tui Ltd is not liable for the cost of any freight being sent to us until we have a contact receipt by you for return, the appropriate steps have been taken following our return policy, and we have verified your return will be acted on in accordance with the Fair Trading Act 1986 and the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Shipping of any replacement products or remedies will be covered by us.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to health concerns, we can not accept product returns or exchanges due to change of mind. We strive to develop good products and are willing to hear feedback about your experience with us in any case.
If you received the wrong product we will do our best to resolve your query efficiently and at minimal inconvenience.
Skin Reaction Enquiries
In the rare case of an allergic reaction, we are happy to accept the products return and remedy the order. Our products undergo stability and safety testing with reputable suppliers who adhere to New Zealand standards. If you experience any allergic reactions, please stop use of the product immediately and seek medical advice if necessary.
